PLEASE NOTE: 

  • TIME TRIAL NATIONAL CLASSES: Cars running in the Time Trial National classes are invited to participate in this event.
    • If running TT classes, use the applicable safety level for Time Trial found under: 
      SCCA.COM,    PROGRAMS,  TIME TRIALS,  TIME TRIALS,  CLASSING AND RULES
       
  • PHA CLASSES: If you are running under the PHA classes, use applicable safety prep

ENTRY FEE:                  $325 for both or $185 for a single day

                              

Refunds after April 8th, 2026 at discretion of Event Organizers.

*$5 of every entry automatically goes towards worker fund

GROUP  2:  Cars running in TIME TRIALS NATIONAL classes
GROUP 3: SPORTS RACER, P, P-2 SPEC RACER, SPECIALS, SOLO V, ALL FORMULA CARS, GT, PRODUCTION, SUPER PRODUCTION, SUPER TOURING, ME-1, ME-2

The event Stewards reserve the right to alter the published schedule of events as well as reject any entry for good and sufficient reason.

6:00 – 9:00 PM

***NOVICES:    Must  register/check-in and have Tech Inspection ***

Saturday

7:00 AM – 12:00PM

Registration/Check-in – 
Tech Inspection in the pits

 

8:00 AM Sharp

MANDATORY:  All Novices be fully dressed in race gear,
bring cars to the Start Line  and go to classroom for
meeting/instruction.  Touring run will commence
immediately following novice meeting.

 

8:30 AM  Sharp

Mandatory Driver’s Meeting 

 

8:30 AM

Course open for novice touring/familiarization run

 

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (?)

Timed Runs – as many as conditions / time allows. 
Lunch break approx. at noon.

 

DINNER – 6:30 PM approx.

Dinner Party –  Contributions of desserts are welcome

Sunday

7:30 AM Sharp

Mandatory Driver’s Meeting at track building

 

8:00 AM – 5PM (?)

Timed Runs – as many as conditions / time allows. 
Lunch break during this time

 

Out by 7 pm

Everyone must be off Pocono property by 7pm unless you paid for camping into Monday.

Event requirements

Driver Eligibility:

The following are the minimum requirements to drive in an SCCA HillClimb Event.

1. Weekend or Full Membership of the SCCA.

2. Valid government-issued driver’s license.

3. Be able to handle the physical and mental demands of competition for the length of a session for each session of the event. Click here to see detailed description.

4. If you have a street car that is on street tires you are eligible to run with a valid helmet.
